Ahmed Hatem Madkour

Ahmed Hatem is a GPE youth leader from Egypt. He is a development professional with experience in international organizations, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Alexandria University and is currently pursuing a professional master’s in Gender and Development at Cairo University.

Ahmed has worked with UNHCR, CRS, U, WUF12, and the League of Arab States, gaining expertise in humanitarian affairs, youth development, monitoring and evaluation, and private-sector engagement.

He is currently interning with GIZ, focusing on basic education and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to strengthen Egypt’s dual education system.
