This synthesis evaluation report brings together the findings from across eight country-level case studies as well as from thematic case studies on domestic financing and gender equality. The eight country-level case studies include: Cambodia, Democratic Republic of Congo, El Salvador, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Tajikistan, Tanzania and Uganda.
