Mongolia’s Education sector medium-term development plan 2021-2030 aims to ensure holistic development of Mongolian citizens with competences to work and live in digital technology era, to actively participate in knowledge-based society and to learn life-long enabling them to acquire these competences through quality, open, inclusive and flexible education services that meet development needs of the citizens.

The Plan identifies policy priorities at each sub-sector as to:

• Enhance quality and relevance of education system and services;
• Increase equal access and inclusiveness in the services;
• Improve the efficiency of education governance, management and administration.
