The templates are provided to facilitate the reporting of the country dialogue around the enabling factors. Before completing the templates and for full instructions, please refer to the Partnership Compact Guidelines.
This document is part of a broader guidance package of the enabling factors analysis, the purpose of which is to prompt meaningful discussions on the foundational issues a country might meet when looking at the enabling factors.
