The Gambia Partnership Compact sets out the country’s priority reform to make foundational learning more accessible, equitable, and inclusive, in line with its commitment achieve high learning and skills outcomes, with more than 80 percent of the children reaching the minimum learning competencies and standards.

To achieve this goal, all education stakeholders, especially across the various departments and directorates of the Ministry, will work in coordination to carry out interrelated activities to deliver three key outcomes.
