The evaluation policy is intended to support the implementation of GPE 2025 and is a key aspect of the partnership’s commitment to capacity development and learning from evidence.

It informs stakeholders of the purposes, principles, criteria, and standards in GPE-financed evaluations, and strengthens the commitment to using evaluation evidence across all GPE programming and processes.

It also ensures that all partners are aware of their roles and responsibilities in relation to commissioning, managing, conducting, utilizing, and learning from evaluation evidence to strengthen our collective contributions to the goal and objectives of the partnership.
