This Partnership Compact aims to strategically focus and align Lao PDR and partners’ collective endeavors towards achieving foundational learning outcomes for all children, including the most disadvantaged children and students in lower secondary in the country.

The Partnership Compact provides a comprehensive framework, describing the desired outcomes, key actions, and coordination mechanisms required to overcome persistent bottlenecks hindering the achievement of this transformative goal.

The primary objective of the Partnership Compact is the improvement of foundational learning outcomes for all children, including the most disadvantaged children, while specifically addressing the needs of female students in lower secondary education.
