The Lesotho Partnership Compact aims to enhance the quality of teaching and learning for improved learning attainment in basic education, focusing on the most marginalized learners.

The compact will result in increased foundational literacy and numeracy skills for the most marginalized and underserved learners throughout early childhood education and basic education.
