Methodology for projected results from the GPE replenishment

This document presents an updated case for investment for GPE, designed to quantify the expected returns from proposed investments over the 2025–2030 replenishment period.
Building upon the methodology used in the previous case for investment (GPE 2021), the analysis incorporates key refinements to more accurately reflect current conditions, data availability and methodological advancements in educational economics.
Specifically, the document details how planned GPE financing will translate into improvements in educational outcomes measured by learning-adjusted years of schooling.
