Qais Khan

Qais Khan is a GPE youth leader from the United Kingdom.

He is a cochlear implant user and disability rights activist, and is dedicated to promoting inclusivity within the Usher community. His advocacy is informed by his personal journey as a deaf individual.

Qais has utilized platforms such as the ECOSOC Youth Forum at the UN, the World Health Organization, and the UK Parliament to elevate the voices of those with disabilities.

He plays a key role in the Cochlear Implant International Community of Action, helping to establish a young adult stakeholder group and develop impactful strategies.

As an Usher Syndrome Coalition ambassador, he champions the needs of those affected. His podcast, Connect with Qais, explores hearing loss issues through conversations with notable guests.
