Qaiser Munir

Qaiser Munir is a seasoned professional in education governance and policy reform, with over 15 years of diverse experience spanning government institutions, development organizations, and research settings. He holds a postgraduate degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Glasgow, UK, and an MPhil in Social Sciences from Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan.

Currently, he serves as Technical Director for the Reframing Education Accountability in Pakistan (REAP) project at the Institute of Social and Policy Sciences (I-SAPS). In this role, he leads strategic efforts to strengthen education service delivery by enhancing citizen engagement, fostering inclusive governance, and promoting social accountability mechanisms.

His work focuses on empowering civil society and local actors to play a more active role in shaping education policy and practice, particularly in under-resourced regions and marginalized communities.
