Rochelle Prasad is a GPE youth leader from Canada.
She is a classroom teacher, university lecturer, author, and social entrepreneur dedicated to creating equitable education opportunities worldwide.
As the Founder and Executive Director of SPARK Foundation, she has impacted the lives of half a million youth globally, providing free educational resources, leadership programs, and scholarships to young people aged 15-25.
Rochelle serves as a Youth Ambassador for Theirworld, UNGEI-Transform Education, and the Higher Education for Good Foundation and was named Young Leader of the Year by the World Federation of UN Associations (2023).
Rochelle works to reduce barriers to higher education, particularly in countries like Fiji and Canada, ensuring every young person has access to the knowledge and opportunities they deserve.
