Sylvain Aloubani, from Benin is a basic education expert and a professional committed to defending the right to education and human rights.
He holds a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid and another in Mediation and Facilitation of Development.
Since May 2022, he is the coordinator of an EOL/GPE-funded project supporting civil society's involvement in the accountability of educational policies and their implementation within a consortium composed of DEDRAS-NGO and the Social Watch Benin network.
His past experiences include being MEL Manager within a consortium of international NGOs composed of Aide et Action (Action Education) and Plan International Benin from 2020 to 2022; Technical Advisor in charge of capitalizing on experiences at GIZ/Benin (2016–2020) and Education Program Officer at DEDRAS-ONG (2011–2016).
