Soyun Kim

Soyun Kim is a GPE Youth Leader from South Korea and a global citizenship educator since 2019.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Education and Development Cooperation at Seoul National University, she advocates for equity and socio-economic inclusion in education as a climate activist and COP29 youth delegate.
Believing in quality education as a fundamental right, she founded Coolimate, which fosters educational cooperation between the Global North and South.
Coolimate, provides climate literacy programs for South Korean high school students and develops climate education initiatives for children and youth in Madagascar, reinforcing education as a catalyst for climate action.
