This is the evaluation by a team of external evalutors from R4D and ITAD of the GPE support to Cote d'Ivoire. It covers the GPE support during the period 2012 to 2017. The evaluation draws on documents, database and literature review, as well as consultations with 62 stakeholders in Cote d'Ivoire and Washington, DC.
