Summative evaluation carried out by a team of external evaluators from R4D and ITAD to assess GPE's country-level support to education in Guyana. The evaluation covers the period 2014-2018 and draws on document, database and literature review, as well as consultations with 43 stakeholders in Guyana and Washington, DC.
