This system capacity grant completion report seeks to:

• Evaluate and report on overall performance by providing a complete and systematic account of the performance and results of the project, issues related to implementation and measures taken to address them.
• Share reflections to improve the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of future such projects and Global Partnership for Education (GPE) processes.
• Ensure accountability and transparency of the grant and its commitments.
